For the past 2 days, wednesday and thursday, i went for camp... It was youth camp for Christ Church Secondary School by CHCSA... Not only me, but also john, kah keong, daniel, alvin... from my cg and E369 de... We went there as volunteers lohz.. Definitely, there were still other volunteers.. The camp is called Destiny Defined... not a big camp, just only about 10 campers... all-boys camp.. It's really helping them and affirming them and let them dare to dream... It was really a fruitful camp as yesterday which was the last day, many of them were been touched as we affirmed and encouraged them, getting to know them for just only a short 2 days... They nearly don't bear to leave the camp.. Some did teared as they going to leave... Yeah.. The last part of the camp yesterday was the most touching one... After all the performances... Testimony of 1 of the volunteers was shared... Bro mj shared a message to them called "seizing the moment"... volunteers one by one stand up in front to share & affirm the campers.. of course i did do that also...

I want to volunteer myself to all these youth camps not just to play or what, and blend in to the campers, but really go there as a volunteer that will be able to touch them and make a difference in their lives... and i can really learnt something and grow my love for the people... Not only the campers had received something, we as volunteers received & learnt something too!! = ]

We went to celebrate yie ping birthday today... Her birthday is actually on wednesday... First, we went to plaza singapura to watch movie... There were me, yie ping, richard, phileo, arthur, lucas and james.. Actually we already planned to watch The Wig.. but ended up watching Into The Blue... because lucas didn't have his student pass or ic or admin card... It's a NC 16 show... Hahaz.. After the movie, we went to somewhere near PS and play pool... meiping, ray, yong chun joined us on then... Then later in the evening, we went marina bay and had steamboat... There were people that i mention earlier plus meiyin, cedric, ming jie... Yeah.. We ate and ate.. and then we celebrate yie ping and meiping birthday... with cake... Yup... Hahaz.. After we finish eating the cake, they started to play with the cream and chocolate and everything.. running after one another to sabotage... everyone was involve except cedric... because he was hiding and running away most of the time... lolx.. We all ended up smelled chocolate... Yeah.. It's was a great time together... We left the place at around 11pm...

My whole body is aching... After yesterday cheer training... practicing more than 1 hour of cart-wheel... Today playing badminton with my pos friends... hahaz..

What phileo had told me today afternoon, i have been thinking and thinking and thinking.............

Yesterday was our chc outreached for sp... We had games, called the food hunt... It was tired but overall was great and believe it was a great success... I brought 7 friends and i want to thank God for that... I have never brought so many friends before... Even though they are still not very open to come to church... but i will keep praying for them and keep follow up with them and inviting them to the house of God... Yeah... A heart to see my classmates and friends' salvation, and SP revival!!!

After the games, i had a great time fellowshipping with my members at the korean cafe at marina square... Yeah.. played some games... hahaz... I always love to spent time with my pos and sp chc members... Yup... We left around 9 plus... I reahed home around 10 plus or 11 plus... I didn't really noticed what time when i reached home... somehow around that time... When i reached home, i was really tired... hahaz...

Saturday, October 08, 2005.

Yeah... Saturday and sunday are the days that i love the most!!! Because these 2 days got cell group meeting and service... I love to be in the house of God!!! Today cell group meeting was great... The presence of God is there stronger than last week cell group meeting... Today talk about the 7 positive attitudes toward problems... 1) Problems are inevitable. 2) Every problem is temporary. 3) Problems hold positive opportunities. 4) Problems test our faith. 5) Problems may be comfirmation that we are living for Jesus 6) Problem is catalyst for personal growth. Yeah.. Truly, i know Christian walk will never be smooth all the time but there will surely problems in my life... no matter small or big... But i always want to look upon Jesus... i want to trust in Him that He will bring me through all problems! yeah...

I want to be the next cell group guitarist!!! Hahaz... Bro mj wants me to trained up, be ready by november or december... and lead by then... Yeah... I really cannot slack le... I must start practice hard!!! Also, my cell group will be multiplying by very early next year... E369 will be multiplying 3 ways soon too... Yup.. Praise the Lord for everything!!!

Also, i will never do it again.. i was quite foolish as i to do it before asking for advice....... It's very sensitive... I must not do it again ......!!! Thanks bro mj...

hmmm.. i don't know... but just feel so disappointed on saturday and sunday... There's 1 sister in Christ that i had brought her to church and led her to Christ... I remember the time when i saw her respond to the altar call and receive Christ, i was so happy... She was the 1st friend that had received Christ of all the friends i had brought.. She has been with us probably just around 6 months till now...

I don't really know what she had been going through... what she's thinking... when i hope i can know at least a little bit... Recently, as i see her suddenly appear suddenly disappear, i really feel so so sad... All i want to think is just her studies may be stressing her so she didn't come for services and cellgroup meetings... All along, i hope it's like that... Last friday we had finish our exam and had started our holiday... Last saturday and sunday, i was really looking forward to see her again... Nevertheless, i still don't see her.. Then i began to feel disappointed... called her, she doesn't pick up my phone.. smsed her, she didn't reply... even she know there's missed call, she had never return a single call... What is really happening? So sad..... Has she backslided? i really hope is not... but can someone tell me what is the problem? What really saddened me is a sister in Christ that i had found who share so much common things with me and knowing that to let me know her is God purpose... yet seeing her drifting away from us, from God.. backsliding... It really breaks my heart...

God.. come and speak to her and touch her heart once again... i pray... Without You, our life is so lost.. With You, our life will never be the same...

I don't want to lose this sister.. and more, i don't want to see her losing God, her purpose, in her life....
