Every SOS message just spoke to my heart... Going through the wilderness. I know that God is doing a work in my heart and attitude, teaching me to lean upon Him and Him alone in everything. Yea, i am not as mature in my walk with Him as i used to think. Walking in the wilderness is really tiring and discouraging, but i really want the strength from Him to keep on walking, let Him to do the moulding until i can be more yielded to Him.

I really thank God for holding on to my hands always even when i fall and being unfaithful.

When you are infactuated with someone...

it's the mixed feelings of sweet and bitter.
the thought of the person hardly fade.
we want things to work out so much, but there're so much uncertainties.
when something nice happens, we smile.
when things doesn't happen, we begin to think so much.
wondering if there is mutual feelings.
always wants to get closer to the person, yet can't be too pushy.
wants to care for the person, but can't overly do it.

The feeling of it, i don't really like.
but it'll just appear...

it was a long day today...
meeting my poly classmates for brunch, zone event, service...
in the midst were choir, counselling my members, settling zone camp stuff...
i just feel so burdened for them now.
zzzzzzz....
problems and problems....
I need the Holy Spirit!!!

what is it to take to come to a point that you no longer will want to leave God and the house of God?
No matter rain or shine, smiling or crying, pain or not, walking or stuck... you are still going to be there at where you will be at everyweek.
You will just forget all your needs and care for people around you.

It's like what pst had shared, even when your needs are not met, desires not fulfilled, heart is down, you will still be there for others....

A time of moulding, harder moulding now... different one...

Tired...
Woke up early this morning and met my twinnie for sun & water session! I declare myself as a cooked lobster!!!! Please don't hit me ok!! i will scream at you!!!
hahahahaha!

Just came back from supper with choir peeps! ate porridge at thomson road there... lehbit, barney, me, beef, tiramisu, hankiong and his invisible friend, weiye, and justin lee, our new addition!!!! COOL!!! Justin and i went home first while the rest of them are still there at opposite barney's house.... -.- YES NOW!!!!

Today SOS was really good and the presence of God was really strong... Talking about the love for God, i can really understand and relate to the experiences in the different stages... Today what really touched me is that Jesus's body is broken down for us, and we have to break down our body for others too. not living just for ourselves, but for others too. Sometimes, too tired... but i just need to push myself to move and step forward and not thinking about my needs....

a lovely sunday!

Had a great day at ECP and bez's house yesterday!

Doll(me), potato chip(rubez), barney(ben), tiramisu(michelle), lehbit(aaron), beef(blythe).

The GREEN DAY... when all of us went green! HAHA! me, suee, ben and michelle met out for lunch first before going to ECP, and 4 of us wore green together coincidentally. then we made rubez wear green together with us, and so aaron was the odd 1 out who wore black! hahaha! then the green tea frappe and green packaging potato chips that we bought! OMGGG! A GREENIE DAY!!!! :DD

We had a nice 2 hours of cycling in the evening, went to bedok jetty and took a lot of photos. Then we went further down to a garden and took even more photos.. After that, we da bao dinner and stuff to rubez house rooftop to eat. Basically we jus sat there, eat and chat for whole night for hours, shared about a lot of stuff regarding cg, choir, people and atuff... We took like hundreds of photos altogether, 4 albums... HAHA! *faint* i went to tag 1 album only and i almost die-ded!

loving God...

Sometimes when my walk is getting dryer and colder...
i will wonder do i really still love God?

The answer is so clear...
I really love God and i still love Him!
God loves me too!
I will never want to leave His love no matter what.

I was really touched by the SOS's msg on fri.
Seems like many of us are still in the winter season.

i think i have been in it for too long,
and i want to GET OUT!

If you know, i have been using this current phone for more than 2 years.
haha!

so i'm really getting IMPATIENT to change my phone!!!

with only $300 which need to last me until end of this month hopefully + $100 which is my new phone fund... but $60 plus hp bill to clear NOW!

some options:
(with upgrade of my plan now, i need to add another $100 because it's only 16mths old, haven't reach 22 mths)

1) get a Nokia E63 now, upgrade my starhub plan PV100: $20 plus/mth.
$93(phone)+$100(upgrade of my plan now) = $193
$400 - hp bill - $193 = $100 plus to last me until end of this month.
So this is not so possible for now.
:(

2) get a Nokia E63 now, upgrade my starhub plan to PV300: $48 plus/mth.
$0(phone) + $100(upgrade my plan now) = $100
The thing is PV300 has 300 min of free outgoing, i don't call out that much.
$400 - hp bill - $100 = $200 plus to last me until end of this month.
risky of becoming broke even before end of this month comes...
:(

3) save money, wait for GST offset thingy $200 at 1 july, and do (1)
when i start working, then i can afford to buy omnia with no contract, and trade in E63 for omnia.
still possible. but is it worth it to get a phone, and then another phone again?

4) save money, save GST offset thingy, quickly find job and work. Then upgrade my plan for omnia.
$398(phone) + $100 (upgrade my plan) = $498

5) Get omnia now without contract by installment method.
no upgrade of plan, so i can save my student plan for now.
$56 plus/mth x 12mths
But only with UOB credit card, then can pay by installment.
where to find UOB credit card!!!!!

6) Now do MINI MINI retail theraphy instead! Save money now, save GST offset thingy, WORK! Then change phone to omnia!

PS: for all the E63 ideas, i still will change to omnia after i start working and get my pay.

haissssssss!!!!!!!!!!!! seems like i still can't change my phone NOW NOW NOW!!! if i do, i might be broke.. really broke before month end comes.

Race...

i realised it takes me around 6 years to write 1000 posts.
hahaha!
when the 2000th post comes,
it'll be 6 years later...

Our walk with God is like walking on a long road of race... We don't know how long. But what lies at the ending point are prizes and rewards. When we just started out we are all excited, full of energy and expectancy. The nice scenery around.

As we continue running, the sun just become hotter, or storms begin to struck, rain might begin to pour down also. Road somehow become narrower and steeper at some points. As we keep on going, there are actually green pasture at the side of the road and pool of water. Sometimes we are just so focus on what is ahead, and we forget to look what's at the side. We keep on running, walking and missed the green pasture and water, and we become thirsty and tired. Our steps become slower and heavier. We stopped and begin to ponder what is it ahead that we have been going for.

Now beside us are all the woods, dull and dry. Our footsteps slow down and begin to walk. When we started to walk, it feels like to get to the ending point is longer and slower now. tired but still going on. Finally another person standing at the side giving us water. We grab it and drink it. We started running again... but soon we feel tired and thirsty, sweaty and hot. Along the road, there are many water points but how long can it sustain us?

Soon, we see the green pasture and pool of water again... Now do we slow down and enjoy all these of which it's larger and can sustain us longer that we can imagine.. or do we still so focus looking infront and forget what is also given to us at the side??

Today we went to watch Moster vs Alien together at PS.. me, suee, han kiong & victor...

Joke of the day & the next few days...
1. Suee saved han kiong hp no. wrongly. She sms-ed the wrong person with all her "LOVES" everywhere! the person whom she sent the msg to called back and make fun of the sms!
2. HK also saved suee no. wrongly... and the wrong no. was half 8 and 4. he sms-ed the wrong person the following sms: "sorry i will be tad late. need to wax my legs. hair showing through the leggings"

HAHAHAHA!!!!!! OMG!!! BOTH OF THEM WIN SIA!!!! LOL!!!

they were wondering why each other nv sms or call~ Thank God suee said that we should go back to mrt station and wait for hk... and BAM! He's was there waiting~ if not there will a 3rd joke. hahaha!

After movie, we went down to The Cathay. Met joseph choo there.. haha.. didn't know he is hk cg member. the rest of their cg guys were there too. We sat down there at basement, had great fellowship there... with all the LAME JOKES by joseph and alvin chan! LAMEST TO THE MAX!!! hahaha!

Yeah!

friends!!!

999th post!

I just thought about this...
Today after we sang for choir for service, we walked to one of the staircase (the older choir gathering staircase) behind the stage to take our stuffs and go up to level one. As i was about to walk in, i saw groups of people performing for POS were waiting there, and then i saw a friend of mine in there too. Nonetheless, as i walked in to the staircase, i began to hear my name. Alicia came to hug me, raymond talked to me, lor lor, vanessa and a few more people i know.

As i thought of it, i really feel glad and happy! Is like when you go somewhere, you begin to see so many familiar faces, people remember you, people are excited when they see you, people will come and hug you when they see you. Some of them, probably i did sow into their lives before, some are my good friends. However all these happened because i was involved in their lives. They are just all my friends and I LOVE THEM!!!! It just reminds me that this church is my FAMILY, a place that i don't want to live without. I am GLAD that in these 5 years plus in church, i have know so many FRIENDS so many people... POS-es, zone, ex-cgs, choir, etc etc... No longer am i still new in church, everybody and everything seems new to me, still finding a good friend to lean upon. God just blesses me with so many SO MANY... WONDERFUL friends!!!!!!

I was all EXCITED about today!
The whole of sunday spent with CHOIR!

We served as usual the jw service 4. It was cool man! The last service of MINI EMERGE 2009! I love the strikeforce, dance and song performances. I was very inspired by the youth band... The musicians, BVs, songleader, everyone who was on the stage was under the age of 25 years old, which include US the choir! We really gave our best to sing on stage.

After that, some of us went for lunch together at BEST. i love the fellowship! :))

Then we went down to expo for GDOP at night. Out of the many different sessions of GDOP, our choir was singing for the night adult one. look what we were wearing!!! hehehe.. We look so like SKITTLES! colourful yet FORMAL... :D



Some of the choir members received the message about Pst Tan's comment: GDOP CHC P&W CHOIR IS THE BEST TEAM THIS YEAR! WANTS TO GET US BACK NEXT YEAR!
