Deliverance services this week!!
Yesterday i went, but never got to be prayed for.
Today i went, i responded to the altar call and went out to be pray for.
As a sister prayed for me, i began to cried out and coughing.
i don't know am i yelling or just crying out loud to release all the burdens and evil spirits inside me.
but i know my manifestation wasn't yelling, screaming like some others did.
After i been prayed for and after the whole session, my heart was light.
i felt so great!
yeah..
hahas..
i love you, LORD!

oh no.. once again i left my thumbdrive attached to the cpu today.. forgotten to take after my lesson, last practical lesson which end at 6pm. I pray that i can find it back!

Today after school, met up with sp chc members for prayer meeting in which was held in school. Attendance wasn't that good but pm was gd. In the evening, some of us (raymond, edmund, john and i) went to esplanade to support joshua and abel perform. Then we went to the makansutra at esplanade for dinner. After that, we met huiwen at marina square, accomapny her to mac for her dinner. then we headed home. =D

NAPFA

Today i went for school NAPFA test together with another 7 of my classmates.
The result shows that how long we haven't exercise.

I passed 4 stations.

(inclined pull-up~8 times~2pt,
sit & reach~46cm~3pt,
shuttle run~12.1s~2pt,
sit up~35~5pt)

and failed 2 stations.

(2.4km run & standing broad jump).

We ran 2.4km together and only 1 of us passed the run.

but..

whatever.. who cares...

girls are not required to pass.

my body is aching... tired.

but i have decided...

i want to go run and swim at least 2 times a week to train myself and to slim down.

yeah. hehe.. = )

There are times that i felt disappointed...
There are times that i felt what for doing all those so many things...
There are times that i questioned over my commitments...
There are times that i felt like giving up...
There are times that i felt why i am not being used...
There are times that i felt not sppreciated for the things i have done...
There are times that people look down on me...
There are times that i felt that why i am not being used...
There are times that i ponder over my weaknessess...
There are times that i just feel so tired...
There are times that i fell into temptations...
There are times that i find so hard to get up and get out...
There are times that i felt so lost...
There are times that i felt nobody is with me...
There are times that i felt so lonely...
There are times that i felt so dry spiritually...
There are times that i felt like resting and throw everything aside...
There are times that i felt why the people are like behaving this way...

But as i go through all these... I know that a true Christian life is never easy. I began to realised that there are so much for me to overcome, learn, discipline. I know that we are just not perfect people. No matter what, i just keep on walking in God. Don't lose your love and hunger for Him. When you fall, fall in the hands of God. Feelings of disappointment and unappreciated we all may have. but ask yourself this question, "For the things you have done, Is God smiling over it." When you think the answer is YES, you realised that you are already being approved and appreciated by God. God is just so good... don't forget about his goodness...
